important to your being paid the the rates today’s shops require.

To complete the survey:

Go to www.Statefarm.com
Go to Business to Business at bottom of page under “other State Farm Sites”
From “Select a Business Type”, choose Auto Repair Facility
Select Repair Facility Survey
